Teaching Philosophy
I believe that lectures should go beyond mere content delivery. My goal is to engage students in critical thinking, problem-solving, and deeper understanding. I design lectures to encourage active participation, discussion, and application of concepts. I obtain feedback from students on every seminar which contributes to my growth as an effective lecturer. I provide timely feedback on student performance. Assessments align with lecture objectives and encourage critical thinking. I use formative assessments during lectures to gauge understanding and adjust my teaching approach. I leverage technology to enhance lectures. Visual aids, multimedia, and online resources complement my verbal delivery. I ensure that technology supports learning rather than distracts from it.
